Anna founded the Creative Experience based on the passion and desire to bring innovation to the adult training landscape. She is an experienced leader with a successful record of accomplishments in management, brand building and education strategy.
As a Serial Entrepreneur, Innovation Trainer and Business Coach Anna spent the last 17 years transforming global commercial education and creative media businesses across Europe and Southeast Asia. She has been based out of Singapore since 2004.
Her experiences include directing and co-ordinating regional operations as the General Manager & Director of leading international creative media institute SAE Institute, as well as assisting with the set up of the Singapore branch campus of another global education player invited by the Economic Development Board of Singapore.
In demand as a public speaker, Anna leads a variety of workshops and talks for both educational institutions and multinational corporations. As a mentor, Anna is highly sought-after for her unique and rich perspective on creativity, innovation, entrepreneurship, change, and lean startup.
Besides The Creative Experience, Anna also founded and runs Startup2Life, a platform where she delivers training and coaching programs to aspiring entrepreneurs and small business owners.
The busy mother of 2 also sits on the industry advisory board of KAPLAN University and supports Melbourne Business School as Faculty for their Executive Education programs.
Anna holds a 1st Class Honours Degree in Media and an Executive Masters of Business Administration (EMBA) from the Fox School of Business.
Jenn is a 15-year marketing veteran with extensive experience in technology, non-profit, oil and executive education. She has worked in general management, project management and marketing and decided to join Anna in setting up The Creative Experience as Co-founder in 2013 from a shared desire to innovate training with the emphasis on the development of skills, rather than knowledge alone.
Her areas of specialisation include marketing communications, brand management, social media management, copywriting, event management, project management, website design, email campaign design and management, public relations and leveraging technology.
Jenn holds a BA in journalism from Iowa State University and completed her Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from the Fox School of Business in 2013.
